I downloaded a video file via my SugarSync app and the file name won't delete when viewing available videos in Media Player.

I've checked all the sub folders, and I assure you the actual file has been deleted. Media Player just skips to the next file when attempting to select that file name.

How do I get rid of this listing? After deleting several times and rebooting, nothing seems to work.

You did not mention the file extension so based on information at RIM, the file may have been either locked by the application loading and when you tried to remove it although you show it gone itxxx8217;s still there. The other is a bit more complicated where it leaves an extension .rem. This issue has been escalated internally to RIMxxx8217;s technical support and to date no resolve.
Based on some reading, either the 3rd party app is responsible or the DM Roxio application cannot se the file and thinks it gone.
One suggestion would be to reload the file using the same name and after verification it works delete it again. If this also fails and you are sure your using the loading application correctly, try using Roxio.
