Hi all.. Please HELP ME.. my blaberry 8330 won't start.. it always restart and restart again rapidly even i already take off the battery and plug it again but it still doing that restart again..again..and again... what should i do?? HELP ME please... Thanks before..
After you wipe the device, you will need to reinstall the operating system, or install a newer version. But make sure you use the operating system (handheld device software) for your model.
But how can i wipe if the device won't power up it always restart.. everytime i plug the battery the LED is on and after that the LED is off and do that again rapidly. I can't get into the device home Screen. If i can get into the home screen i can wipe or reinstall it. What's wrong with my device? before this issues came to me, i change the casing and try the new battery that i buy. And after that the issues came to me until now..
Follow the steps in link #2 posted above. It should connect the device to your PC and you will be able to wipe and reinstall the OS at that point.

hi.. i've been try to download that Jl Cmdr many times from the link that u gave it to me.. and when i want to install it it only show 0.5 second on my computer then it close. Now i'm getting stress to handle this issues. O ya, for your information i'm using Windows XP SP 2 and last night my divice is already ON and i try to wipe it with Jl Cmdr it does't work and i wipe it from the handheld then everythings works normal until i asleep and let it charge the battery coz the battery is empty and NOW my device is OFF again and won't ON. It seems more complicated then before.. I'm getting Stress to handle it.
Does it show 507 error, if it is showing nothing and you end up in a blank screen after plugging in the "Charged" batter then there is some serious hardware issue.
If it is shows 507 error (with a diagonal line (cross) on a cassete) then its fine. If it is then it means that the operating system is successfully deleted. It is same as you format your Computer and your operating system (Windows or whatever) is washed away.
So now just plug in the device and install the Blackberry OS from your PC and follow the instructions in the second link mentioned above.

Hi.. Thanks for all of your answers.. it's helping me so much. My device condition now is end up with BLANK SCREEN and no response at all. So that means my device is REALY REALY BROKEN? then what should i do next? and what is the ussualy the problem is coz i want to fix it my self.. Thanks
Ok, now i'm trying to charge it for an hour, but last night i already charged it and i think the battery is full now.. but i'm still do what r u recommend it to me.. thanks o ya, FYI the orange metal in the back of my phone near close to the battery plug which it covered by plastic case is broken when i try to open the cover.. does it takes effect to the device? sorry i can't show u the pictures coz my posts haven't get the 10 or greater than the forum procedures. Thanks
