Question No Email Received After Desktop Sync

Hi all,

I'm having a problem with a Tmobile Curve 8320(4.5.0.81) which gets email through BES 4 server.

The blackberry receives messages fine until it is plugged into a PC and syncs via desktop manager. After the sync no new messages are received even if I manually choose reconcile.

I've already resent the service book. Nothing fixes the problem unless I pull the battery.

Any ideas?

is it set to disable redirection when connected? I had a user who this happened to over and over - I would have to "clear in cradle flag" on the BES (that was on BES 4 not 5) or he would pull the battery to get mail to work again. Not sure why it happened but I convinced him to stop using the disable while connected option and he was fine after that

There is currently a RIM outage is parts of North America. I think T-Mo is affected. Check the Data Outages section.
