Hi, on my Bold after I connect via USB cable, as a mass storage device, I am unable to view whats on my blackberry from my computer. I see the folders but nothing appears in them. Is there a common fix? Please help.

What sort of files are you expecting to see in the folders?

Pictures, Music, Voice Notes, the common media files. That is the default location of stored media.

I think you just helped me answer my own question.... It made me think. All my media was on the memory card and not on the device memory. When I changed the location to device memory, I saw it on the computer. Thanks!
