Lightbulb Desktop Manager Not Working

Please Login to Remove!

I open my desktop manager, blackberry is connected (storm 9500), but when i try to click onto any of the options such as media or application loader, it wont let me go into it, its not frozen, just wont let me click through to let me get to roxio media manager, done alot of installing and uninstalling and still does not work. What to do?

Are you on a Windows System or a Mac? If on a Mac, I could give some help. If on a Windows System well - I'll leave that one alone.

I've read a lot of complaints with the roxio media manager. Many will say don't even bother with it, it is so much trouble. In fact, you do not need it except if you want to access the main device memory.

If you just want to copy media files to the microSD card, enable mass storage mode and then drag and drop files to the card or sync with windows media player or similar.

Can you sync contacts and calendar info and make a backup?
