Please Login to Remove!

Hello,

I flew overseas and my battery on my bberry bold drained out, when i got in europe i tried to recharge it and it will not turn on. The red light blinks and couple of times and the phone will not turn on. I charged the phone overnight on a wall charger, I took the battery out for a whole day, I changed to a new battery and nothing helps.

Can someone pleaseeeeee help me, i'm overseas and me phone is dead, i need help.

Thank You,

Are you using the appropriate charger and current? Did you try plugging it into your laptop?

Do you have DM installed on the laptop?

Check to make sure none of the pins are bent on the device.

There is some problem with the Circuit Board of your Blackberry. An issue somewhat like this was confronted by one of our customers. His battery was not charging and his cell was completely dead. Then we changed the battery and we realized that in less then 2 minutes the Battery started to heat up and we pulled out the battery. The hardware technician told me that the Circuit Board of this device is short. So it might be the same issue. You need to show it to the hardware technician.
