Default BlackBerry Messenger and other IM contacts

Can I use my BBM to have yahoo, or msn or google messenger contacts on it? or is it specific to BB.

If BBM can not be used, is there a IM client that lets me use all IMs in one spot?

BBM is unique to Blackberries only. Check out Beejive for an single IM client for most others.
