email reconciliation options blank!!
 

i have a 9700 on ATT. when i go to my email reconciliation settings, the page is blank. i have had 4 different OS versions on it and all were blank. i have 2 friends with a 9700. one has the options and one does not. i have tried re-sending my service books with no luck. i am using the same email address i have always used with previous devices and always had the options. does anyone have any ideas?

nevermind. i fixed it. i tried searching before posting but didnt find anything. then after posting i found this and it worked.
