Default Blackberry device restarts on Youtube video ! Any idea?

One of our user has a very strange issue. Whenever he runs a video on Youtube his device restarts.
We have Wiped his device and also refreshed the OS but still the same problem.
Any idea ???????

Pull the media card and see what happens. The video/media is interacting with the card.
