| Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Source... Please Login to Remove! All of the BB users (various models) in our office are having problems with web access. When you type a url and send, about 50% of the time we get the following message:
"Unable to connect to the selected Mobile Data Service, please try again later.
If the problem persists, please contact your administrator."
If you try repeatedly, you'll get through but it gets old. I've been attributing this to heavy traffic during the holidays and the publicized stories about BB outages and problems but the fact that I don't see any other recent posts out here about this makes me wonder. Email seems to work fine through BES?
Is anyone else running into this or have any ideas what could be causing this? |
