Default Emails from one sender do not push to BB8520

My sons soccer team manager got a new job and new email address. When he sends emails to the team they show up in my Hotmail account but they never push to my BB. They are not going to junk/spam or anything weird and all of the other messages to that email account and several others I have get pushed fine? Any ideas?

Look to see if they are being classified as spam. Most providers wont forward any email they think is spam. His email address ( name @ ) may be one they automatically tag as spam because of something other users have indicated or classified as such.

Hotmail is also difficult to set up on a BB because of Microsoft, or it was at one time. One had to have a paid premium account to be able to have mail pushed to the BB. Not sure if that is still the case however. Don't use hotmail since I cannot verify how secure it really is.
