Hi: I work for a large school district. My IT dept provided me with some basic information on how to get my work email to my blackberry. They caution they do not support blackberry phones not issued by our district. Nonetheless, I have other co-workers who have successfully set up their phones to retrieve email. These co-workers are with other carriers, not tmobile. Everytime I try I get an error message stating unable to activate email account. See system administrator. I have tried every combination. I have tried to add the bis ands to bes to my plan and I have met with no success. Tmobile techs have tried, my IT department refuses to give any other support except for the server name, the domain name and that the server is secured.
Should give up finding the solution? Could there be some breakdown between tmobile and our secured network? Appreciate any and all feedback..Thanks very, very frustrated.
