SIM and Phone ID not updating on Blackberry Manager 220.127.116.11
Hi I wonder if anyone can help.
On Blackberry Manager we have a number of SIM and Phone ID information missing to particular users although on the handset the SIM and phone information is populated, I have also deleted the desktop Sync and resent the services books to that handset with no change.. does anyone know a fix to populate the ID fields on Blackberry Manager?
We have 600 end users on 2 BES servers 18.104.22.168 (current version)
Blackberry Manager 22.214.171.124(current version)
