Hey I did a os upgrade on my BB 8310, and the phone did fine. I shut down the phone (by choice) then a few hours later tried to turn it back on.

Now all the phone does is blink red. No screen changes at all. I tried this method:

With no success (all the os/apps were greyed out)

So how do I get this phone to start working again ???

Cravin, if the Crackberry101 doesn't work, I don't see why you wouldn't ask questions about IT, there. Can no one there really help you with a bricked 8310?

Just for the heck of it I looked at the site he mentioned and the procedure he followed. I see why it did not work and why information on this site does work. Another reason to use BlackberryForums.
