Use the manage internet email wizard .... or at least give it a try.

You have a blackberry data plan, correct?

Find the wizard on your applications screen, or it may be in a folder. Click on it and go from there.

No problem. It should be simple once you locate the icon and launch it.

OP asked how to do it from the handheld. Also, a possible problem with sending a person to carrier's BIS site is the probablity they don't have a password yet to access the site, which could end up adding a problem that needs to be solved first. As far as I know, everyone has the capability to update the password from the handheld.

I dont have that option anywhere, at least that I can see. Maybe i'm missing something but I thought I had to use the carrier service site to change password on my emails.

You should have something. For me (8820/4.5) the icon is labeled Manger Internet Email. I think on previous OS's it was labeled Setup Internet Email, or it was bundled in with the setup wizard, I don't remember. If you don't have anything even after doing a hard reset or resending service books, I'm surprised.

For what it's worth, I learned here on the forum that for OS 4.6 and above, there is a complete BIS client on the handheld. (My wizard takes me to a wap page that only allows me to add/delete accounts and update passwords.)

I never even thought of looking for a hidden Icon but in the blackberry setup folder it was there but hidden. I logged in and it took me to the same web page I had been using.
Learn something every day, thanks

I bet some time in the past you were cleaning up your applications screen, hid it, and forgot about it. (I hid mine before, but never got around to it with 4.5, just moved all the less used icons to the bottom).
