| The emails are attempting to configure a push service that is not provisioned correctly or does not exist. The most common cause is having installed the Desktop Redirector software when it is not being used. Assuming this is the culprit, follow these steps to correct the problem:
1)
From the Home screen, go to "Options", then "Services Book"
2)
Look for service books that reference either "Desktop" or "Redirector" in their name. Delete these service books.
3)
Uninstall the BlackBerry Desktop software. Reinstall and be careful to select "BlackBerry Internet Service" rather than "Desktop Redirector" when the option is presented. |
