Default Network E-Mails!!!!!!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

about every 30 min my handheld would get an e-mail, it would also show up on my blackberry internet site and my comcast e-mail account. I did figure out how to prevent the mail from making it to my Phone, but i am still getting this mail on my comcast account. i get about 75 a day. I deleted my comcast e-mail from the BB Internet site and they are still showing up.... any ideas, i think it might have something to do with Enterprise Actavation (NOT SURE) and help would be great.

this is a copy of the e-mail i get......

that looks like an enterprise activation email.
Check your enterprice activation and make sure it is not trying to get the server to respond. There should be an option to cancel activation.
I am guessing here, but I wouldn't be surprised if that's what it is.

Good luck. :(

Looks like an issue that can occur if you installed the Desktop Redirector software and are using Web Client. What solution are you trying to use?
DB Clean can fix this issue.

I use to get these, but not in the volume you are, but then my PC is not on during the day either. I believe it had to do with the redirect option on the DM. I eventually removed the DM from my PC and reinstalled it with the non-redirect option. I might have gone to the webclient and resend service books too. I also don't use the BIS to send emails, I have them forwarded directly to my BB addy by my pop3 mail server, it seems like that helped too.

Wink

The emails are attempting to configure a push service that is not provisioned correctly or does not exist. The most common cause is having installed the Desktop Redirector software when it is not being used. Assuming this is the culprit, follow these steps to correct the problem:

1)
From the Home screen, go to "Options", then "Services Book"

2)
Look for service books that reference either "Desktop" or "Redirector" in their name. Delete these service books.

3)
Uninstall the BlackBerry Desktop software. Reinstall and be careful to select "BlackBerry Internet Service" rather than "Desktop Redirector" when the option is presented.
