Default Sync with Microsoft Outlook

Please Login to Remove!

I am a total newbie to all of this smartphone stuff so this forum is valuable to me. But I have not been able to figure out how to sync my BB bold 9000 with Microsoft Outlook. I'd sure like to be able to schedule appointments, tasks, and notes and such on my desktop, then sync it all into my bold for use in the field.
Is there a way to do this?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Did you read the User Guide or do a SEARCH?

You need to download and install Desktop Manager on your PC.

Configure DM to connect via USB.

Connect your BB.

Configure the various apps (calendar, contacts, notes & memos to sync with Outlook) and then let it sync away.

You know, I sure hope it's possible. Man, if there was just some way to find out about this new phone that I just got... I wish they printed some kind of instruction booklet, or included a CD with software and a manual or something... hmmmm.
