Just picked up my new Bold 9700. Installed the latest desktop 5.0.1. I have successfully connected it once and transfer all data from my old Bold to this new one.
However this morning, when I connect my 9700, once I plugged in, the desktop manager crashed immediately (" Runtime Error!" Progeam c:....... This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information)
Then the "Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountreed a problem and needs to be close" screen came out.
However, if I connected my old Bold, it works perfect.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop manager, it is all the same. Can anyone out there help?
