Default Desktop Connection Error

Please Login to Remove!

Just picked up my new Bold 9700. Installed the latest desktop 5.0.1. I have successfully connected it once and transfer all data from my old Bold to this new one.
However this morning, when I connect my 9700, once I plugged in, the desktop manager crashed immediately (" Runtime Error!" Progeam c:....... This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information)
Then the "Blackberry Desktop Manager has encountreed a problem and needs to be close" screen came out.
However, if I connected my old Bold, it works perfect.
I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the desktop manager, it is all the same. Can anyone out there help?
Apprecaited.

There are many reasons for the error including a conflict with some application on your PC. Unless you have some idea which one it will be difficult to find. Did you load Roxio with the DM. There are some indication it can cause your issue. .

Any additional detail might help us with the problem determination.
