media card trouble
 

I have installed a 4 gig media card into my blackberry curve 8330. the phone is not recognizing the card, and cannot format it through the phone. Can I format it through my computer? I have tried all of the tricks in the support section, Thanks

Put the media card in your computer, go to my computer (if your on windows) your pc will see the media card and when it does (might have to install drivers first) right-click>format..
