Default Device freezes trying to open email

Hi,

I have a problem with email on my blackberry, i can get into my inbox but i cant open any emails, it just freezes. if i press the menu button it doesnt do anything. It is a 9700 bold.

urgent help please!

Try a hard reboot; by pulling out the battery out for 30 seconds and place it again !
