Please Login to Remove!

I just got a message from "Nextel", warning me that my account has been closed down due to "security" reasons. The message had a ZIP attachment, LOL, which contained the mytob worm. Here's what the message looked like:

anything coming from something like "register@<carrier>.blackberry.net" or "admin@<carrier>.blackberry.net" is fake.

Anything regarding your account will come directly from your wireless provider, and probably if it's important like this will be an email that says "call us".

It's not just Nextel users that are getting these.

On the handheld, they can do no harm, but if you log into your account (which surprise surprise has not actually been suspended) and open the attachment then your computer can get infected.
