Default BB Storm Email Questions

Please Login to Remove!

I have ahd a storm for over a year, it has just died and I got the replacement on Saturday. It wont let me set up my emails. I have a POP3 and also a BB email and all it will say is that my password is incorrect, it doesnt even ask which I want to set-up.
Can anyone help me with this?

Can you log into the carrier's BIS site? If so, log in there and change your IMEI and PIN to the new device and resend service books. Email should begin to arrive in about 20 minutes.

This is assuming that you have a properly activated BB data plan on the new device.

And if you don't know the BIS user name and ID, call Verizon Customer Service and they can reset it for you.
