Default BB incoming email problems

Please Login to Remove!

My BB 8330 "just recently" started giving me grief on my incoming Outlook and Yahoo emails.

It seems now I have to randomly reboot (turn off, then turn on) the BB in order to receive the most recent emails. Every morning I have to do this to receive any emails that were sent over night. Once done I receive a stream of incoming emails that were sent up to 12 hours previous.....

Can anyone shed light on what might be the problem as I am loosing faith in this as a key business tool!!

Thanks!

Any chance it could be a carrier issue, have you spoken to them yet?

Have you tried a battery pull to see if that fixes it?

Yes, both your ISP and yahoo could be having a problem at exactly the same time; but it could be your CARRIER. from your profile, thats Bell. Talk to them and ask if they are having issues.

Great. Remember, the first step in troubleshooting a BB is to pull the battery.
