|  Cannot file e-mail messages
Please Login to Remove! Hi,
I was having issues with my BB - not receiving e-mails. My BES company resent my service books and they themselves had to restart their BES server as they were having issues. Once I began receiving my emails, no I cannot press "I" to file my messages into my folders?
How can I fix this?
