For the past week or two now certain people are showing up on my BBM list and their status says that the contact is unreachable. Its happening on and off with certain contacts only but i know that their phones are fine. Anyone else experiencing this or know what i can do?
Ive called Telus and the guys on the phone was useless!!!

The BB needs to see a valid data connection and without it you will get that message on the display of the sender.

Cell to CARRIER to RIM to CARRIER to CELL...always.. A lot of possible issues. With the increase in Data usage, a lot of carriers are having bandwidth issues.

Lol, don't call Telus. They're useless. If you're going to call though, call on a weekday so you get someone from North America, rather than someone in Singapore who speaks very little English and may have no knowledge at all on the device. It's probably your data usage, try getting the other person to do a battery reset.

Do you have a different PIN Number showing for person under contact in address books as opposed to BBM contact area?
