I have a user that likes to have his Berry settings to only delete on handheld, but then wants to be able to plug in and sync when he is in the office. But the messages he deleted from the Berry aren't leaving his inbox in Outlook. Is this by design or is it a problem that can be fixed?

Thanks
Mark

no, that's by design. If he has it set to delete only on the handheld, then the resync isn't going to delete anything, you would have to use delete on handheld and mailbox
