Default pls help with email messages using messenger!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a 8330 Curve, and am trying to use the messenger.
Having troubles adding and accepting contacts, and I get lots of these messages from: RIM_bca28a80-e9c0-11d1-87fe-00600811c6a2

So I have googled this on the crackberry forum, but it is all too advanced for me. I can follow instructions, if I know what the heck I am supposed to do.
Can someone here please (in laman terms) tell me how to check the "redirector" to see if that is the issue and the "enterprise" also? I have NO clue what these mean and how to fix this. Why are these message coming, it is annoying. Anyone else get these???

1. do you have a blackberry data plan?
2. you have installed desktop manager using the wrong option.
add/remove programs on your computer
click desktop manager and uninstall/change.
in the box that pops up, make sure its set to MODIFY.
go through the options again, making sure at the correct point to select for Personal use.
(The wording will be something like "use with a personal account").
Keep going through until it has a finish button.

Do you have a BLACKBERRY data plan? It is something different from a normal data plan.

There should be two options.
top option personal account
bottom option work account.
chose the top option.
