can asia pasific and UK local telco sim card be use in my BB bought in the US?

So basically if the phone is unlock I can use any telco sim card on it?
Not an issue actually and I'm just scared that my BB can't be use in UK.

Yes, you need to get a subsidy unlock code. You can get one from Index of /. With the phone unlocked, you can use another carrier's SIM card in the device.
