Default device manager problem :Unrecognized modules that will be removed:

Please Login to Remove!

after removing some spyware my device manager was missing the app loader. i use the blackberry disk that came with my phone and repaired my device manager. this worked and i got app loader back.
my problem is now when i try to load a new app it will load the app but it also wants to remove all kinds of other apps. i'm talking quite a few, some that i did over the air and don't have backed up on my computer. is there a fix to this problem or am i going to have to remove and reinstall or what?

thanks for any help, cody

ps: the error message is somthing like "Unrecognized modules that will be removed:"

Default

If the application was not loaded with application loader, it will see it as unrecognized and want to uninstall it.

Also, if it was a third party app that you used application loader to load on, the app loader db has been recreated and therefore you will have to use the add button to add the alx file for that third party app again or it will be unrecognized.

Basically, anything that is NOT in that list is unrecognized and will be uninstalled.
