Default Previous MSN/Windows Messenger Username

Please Login to Remove!

I lent my Blackberry Bold 9700 to a friend for a few minutes one day and he entered his MSN/Windows userID into the Blackberry MSN/Windows Messenger. Now, every time I start up MSN/Windows messenger on my Blackberry Bold 9700 and enter my login credentials, his userID comes up in the drop down list.

Does anyone know how I can get rid of his username from appearing in MSN messenger's login?

Have you tried to delete then re-install? Like one can do on a PC or even a Mac.

What happens when you place the cursor in the field and press the Menu button and select "Clear Field"?

I tried this last night and it deletes what is in the e-mail address (userID) text field but not the drop down list.

No, I haven't tried to delete and re-install. It seems somewhat drastic from such an issue.

drastic?
Its a simple and easy solution.
options - advanced - applications - highlight - menu - delete.
battery pull.
then re-download.

Wirelessly posted (White and Nerdy)

Why even worry about it? If you use your account only, why worry that another is there

I deleted the application and re-added it... my friend's userID no longer appears ;)
