Default How to Download Photos?

Please Login to Remove!

New to BB... so apologize that this is so basic.

I am already on BES through work - fully set-up and working (corp email, contacts, etc. working like a charm), but I haven't installed BB Desktop Software from CD onto my computer.

Is that what I need to do to be able to download photo from BB to computer?Don't want to "mess-up" what has already been synced via BES.

THANKS!

Welcome to the forums.

Do you have a media card that you store the pictures on? If so, then just enable Mass Storage Mode and use Windows Explorer to copy the pictures from the device to your PC and vice versa.

At times, devices come with them installed.

Go to Options > Media Card and what does it list?

Settings > Options... Media Card is not listed.

Should I be looking at options from another starting point?

You may not have one installed.

You will need DM w/ Roxio Media Manager to move the pictures from your device. I would recommend getting an SD card.

Many thanks... do, it won't "mess up" anything with BES and my current email/contactsettings if I install the Desktop software?

Select Interest Service when you install DM and you should be good.

Wouldn't it be more simple to just email the picture?
