|  synching BIS with microsoft entourage calendar

have a BIS user who is trying to synch their device with a microsoft entourage calendar. they already have one calendar synched through their desktop manager, but when trying to synch an extra entourage one they get
an error stating 08:12.58.096 unable to connect to Blackberry then it says skipping.
does anyone have any ideas |
