Default What can't the pearl flip do?

I am about to get a pearl flip for t-mobile and wondering what it can't do? Is a descent phone worth owning? I know it doesn't have 3g, but that is ok with me.

It can't make al dente pasta. You need a Bold for that.

Is there a firmware download that can make it 3G capable for T-Mobile?

Are there any future 3G Flips in the works?

Nothing can make it TMO 3G-capable. It just doesn't have the internal hardware.
It also does not have built-in GPS or WiFi.

I had one and gave it up because of the lacking features. Too big a compromise to get that sexy size and form factor. I also found the OS to be particularly laggy. The other thing that I discovered was that that small size meant too small a screen. I went back to my BlackBerry Bold 9000 rather quickly.

The T-Mobile 8220 Flip BlackBerry does have WiFi. Absolutely. Have two of them at home.
