Error 507, please help!
 
Hi, I own a Blackberry pearl 8130 with the service Telus Mobility. I lost my phone and got this one and the version was old, so I tried updating it and everything was going fine until it was uploading JVM(sorry not great with computers) and then half way it stopped telling me to reconnect my phone and retry or something like that. I did that and my phone corrupted with a white screen with a circle with a box with a square, trangle, and another circle...

Also, when I connect my phone to the computer with the USB cord, the desktop manager does not recognize it, and I have V5 desktop manager.. Please help!

Also when i go to C:/Programfiles/commonfiles/researchinmotion/apploader/loader.. i click next and on Connection, theres nothing.. no COM1 or anything.. :(?


EDIT: with the help of google, I did the Hard reset with the loader etc, and everything was going fine, it was installing then it stopped and it said " Application loader was unable to connect to your device, Please re-connect your device, enter the password, if required, and click Retry.

Click retry and use the app loader again. That's really your only option. Do a battery pull first tho. Also, if its a desktop, use a rear usb port
