My 8110 Pearl no longer syncs with my PC.
When I link the device to the PC via the USB hub then the solid red status light comes on and the device freezes. Then after a short pause it will attempt to reset itself and then fall back into the red status light and freeze.
It constantly does this until the link is disconnected when it will reboot and work normally.
I have also tried linking directly into a USB port on the PC but I get the same result.
I decided to wipe the database and try again to sync up with the intention to restore the database. However, this has not made any difference.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get the device to sync again to the PC and restore the data?
