Default TMO Exchange email problem

Has anyone heard of this problem, or do you have a way around it? I previously had no problems with tmobile's bis checking my work email, it has worked fine since the software upgrade. Now it has come time to change my password, so I have to update the password on the tmobile bis. It won't save, I tried deleting that email account and starting over and it can't configure the email account. We have to go to a secure site, but when it displays the "unable to configure" message it has dropped the "https://" off our exchange site. I think it's trying to connect to the site without the https:// which won't work. In the outlook web access URL field I tried entering "https://" twice in front of the URL hoping it would only drop one, when you do that the site that is displayed as being unabble to connect to has "https//" at the start without the ":". Does this make sense? Any suggestions?
