No additional applications designed for your device were found & no sufficient storage..

I am getting two errors.
One is when I click add new problem, it shows this:

and when I add something, or even without adding ANY programs to the list, I get this error:



Obviously there is space available... is this a bug with certain version DM?
I am running 4.3.0.17 without Roxio bloatware.. and this is for my 9700 with 5.0

If you have a 9700, you probably need DM 5. You can also try using the apploader.
