Red face HTTP error 502 Bad Gateway

On my Blackberry curve 8310 when i click into Media Net the search line denys any sort of searching instead it responds with HTTP Error 502:Bad Gateway

The Gateway received an invalid response from the server when attempting to fulfill your request. Please try loading a different page. Contact your service provider if this problem persists.

Technical description:
502 Bad Gateway -
Response Error, a bad response was received from another proxy server or the destination origin server.

I even talked to AT & T they said to wait it out and turn phone off once in awhile to see if error cleared. I like to know if you can fix this error message?

Thanks I have Media Net thats were the problem is occurring. Everytime I try to use the search line ______________Yahoo Thats how the search line displays in Media Net.
