hI ALL.
This is my first Blackberry and i have a bitter experience.
I purchased the unlocked Blackberry Storm 2 from a third party. And
i see that my ATT sim card is recognized and i do see the signal as GSM..
The signal is good . But , every time i make a call, it says !CONGESTION. and gives three beeps .
I tried wiping the software and re installing . It didnt work. I say on other forums that , if we downgrade to 4.7 it works. But i did found out that STorm 2 9550 doesnt support any software version below 5.
I am kind of struck right now . I am very disappointed. I hope someone will help me fixing the problem.

Thats a carrier network conjestion problem not a phone problem. You did not indicate where your at but I bet a busy city

I am from Columbus OH. And i have two other phones like Iphone and Nokia N95. I can get the best signal in these phones at the same time.
I did changed the ATT and put the Tmobile and it is working for Tmobile.
It is something to do with the SIM technology.
But, i still need help to fix it.
