i bought a blackberry of ebay and it has come with a blank it policy. how do i get up and running to get bb services such as bbm and emails.im on a pay as you go phone some one please help

Check the FAQ for "Remove IT Policy". But if it is a blank policy, it should be no problem.

For email, BBM, and all other BB related services, you must have a BB data plan. I do not think Voda has a pay-as-you-go BB plan, though.

You need to check with the carrier.

If it's a blank IT policy, then it has no restrictions. Don't worry about it.

If Vodafone is your provider, and you are using PAYG, you will NOT get email, BlackBerry Messenger, or any other data features. You will only be able to use the device for voice calls and SMS.
