Question help!! email add wont attach....

Please Login to Remove!

guys, please... anybody.... newbie here...

i just got my 1st BB and only recently I activated it with one of the networks here offering BB support in my place....

I was very much amazed by the features BB has to offer, like it can accomodate 10 difft email adds in your fone...

when i tried to add an email (@yahoo.com)... it keeps on saying:

"Invalid email address or password: Please verify your email address and password. The information you provided is inorrect. If the error persists contact yahoo.com (your email provider)"

what is wrong with it? I tried many times ensuring i am typing correctly.... i even tried using the PC to add my email but still im getting same message...

another thing, when i added my other email (@hotmail.com), theyv sent me a mesage saying "Action Required: Leave messages on the server"

im just using the regular mozilla firefox in opening emails or just the internet explorer... what do they mean about it and how can i do it?

1. the message about leaving emails on server is ONLY if you are using an email client like outlook/thunderbird/windows live mail etc.

2. some countries, the adding of yahoo accounts to BIS is not allowed. What country are you in?
