You might be able to find it in a backup file by opening the .ipd file with ABC Amber Converter. Altenately, you can find it by logging into your carrier's BIS page and going to the Change Device area. It should be listed in the IMEI field.

Have to get the IMEI from the carrier. I don't think it would be listed on the BIS site, but worth a try. Some carriers will ban the PIN/IMEI, others do not so you need to talk to them.

Just make sure that you call the carrier and tel then that it is lost and to delete your BIS account so email doesn't flow tot he BB. I would also change password on all email accounts and websites associated with the device.

Best thing to do is call your carrier and tell them. You are liable for all charges up until you tell them that it has been lost/stolen.

i already told them about the set and block my sim as well but they didn't have any information regarding my IMEI number that's y i thought that may be BB dekstop manager stores the connected phone information in some file somewhere in my computer.
