Default change device for a user in Professional software

Please Login to Remove!

i have a user with a device which works fine but he has upgraded and i know need to change the device on the Professional software
anyone help please as im pulling out my hair

Set an activation password for the user and provide it to them.
Have them perform a wireless Enterprise Activation from their new handheld.
