Exclamation Please Help- Email Not Working

Hi,

I am in desporate need of help.

Yesterday I was testing my bosses vodafone sim card out of his Blackberry storm in a iphone to see if it worked. I also tried the sim out of the iphone in the BB storm.

After this I put the vodafone sim back in the BB, only to discover it wouldn't send emails from any of his working email accounts.
I set up a new email account to test if it would work, at first it appeared to have sorted the other accounts out and the emails were appearing as sent. But later discovered that no one was receiving them.

Text messages work, internet works and calls work but no email.

Please help, my boss is really angry with me , I need to sort it out asap.

I would think you just need to re-send the service books to the Blackberry. If it's personal email then its from the service providers web login and listed under help. If it's corporate, then I guess your network admin will be able to login to do it.

Nic, welcome to the BBForums.

Is your bosses Storm on a corporate BES account? Or a routine BlackBerry Internet Service account?
