Hi, I hope i can explain my problem so someone out there will have an idea of what I am trying to say
I like to play the card game on my phone and sometimes a white screen appears and i have to take out the battery and then once it loads up the phone's back to normal. Today it did the same thing but since it has been turned back on i am unable to answer the phone; if i try to make a call it jumps to the contact list; if i try to sms and choose a contact the pointer goes up to help and i cant get out of it. Basically i cannot use the phone. I bought the phone in Oman but am living in Amman, Jordan and they have said i have to take it back. I cant live without my phone (it is basically only the phone that I am using as i did not want to pay for the service in Jordan). I have tried numerous time to take out the battery and pray that it will work but it doesnt . I am not going to Oman any time soon so I was hoping that maybe someone out there might know what my problem is. Thank you. Nasreen
