I have a customer that directs all emails to Godaddy first then POPs it to thier Exchange server. This was set up by thier previous IT guy and not my standard.
The problem is that when configuring a Blackberry device via BIS, it will automatically detect the Godaddy account and configure using IMAP. Once the Exchange server POP's the emails, the Blackberry never recieves the emails.
The workaround I have found is to enter an incorrect email address, which will then fail, and then enter the Outlook Web Access information manually.
How does BIS detect the Godaddy account? Via the webmail DNS or MX records?
