Default PAYG Orange

Please Login to Remove!

Im having trouble with my new Blackberry 8520, I bought it as a PAYG with orange with a dolphin sim card that includes internet. I'm having trouble running various apps such as email, internet, blackberry chat and MSN messenger. Has anyone else found these problems and coould offer any help?

You must have a BB data plan/add-on for those BB related services. A generic or non-BB data plan will not work.

Call your carrier, which you do not have listed in your profile. Who provides your cell service? They are the ones that add features onto your account.

I rang Orange and they set up the internet service for me, however when I went to set my email up, the only option was the Blackberry Enterprise server and it says i need an Enterprise Activation password, what do I need to do, is this the only way to do it? Thanks.

Call Orange customer services and ask them to add the 5 a month Blackberry add on to your tarrif.The 5 is deducted from your credit each month and gives you use of all Blackberry features.Even though you have internet access included with your dolphin tarrif the Blackberry features will not work without the 5 add on.
