Default Help please!!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Hi all,

Quiet a few things have gone wrong with my bb, just wondering if anyone could possibly help!!!

I've been having a few problems with my 8900 recently (the trackball jammed but has now been replaced, rebooting itself etc) but the last time my bb was rebooted I lost a few of my apps - facebook, windows live messenger and bb messenger which are unfortunately the ones I use the most and also the profiles icon has gone missing (not a good look when I'm in a meeting !!!)

I've also had a problem with the e-mails, which are coming through but whenever I select one to open, the whole bb freezes and I have to turn it off in order to get the whole thing up and running.

If anyone could help, it would be much appreciated!!!

1. For those missing apps: Resend your service books:
How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ

2. For the list options icon:
a. On your homescreen, press the Menu key > SHOW ALL, so that SHOW ALL is checked.
b. Look in EACH folder on your device... Applications, Instant Messengers, Downloads, etc.
If you still don't see it, look at Options > Advanced > Applications. Do you see it listed there?

I kinda just turned my bb off for two days and when I put it back on it did a little reboot and checked the security software and was ok again.

Thank you so much for your help though, much appreciated!
