Hi. I was sent a Curve by Vodafone in Oct 09 though I am not sure which model it is.
My 'unopened message count' is permanently on the screen and it always says that I have one message even when I have none. When I do receive a message it shows that I have 2 and so on.
Does anybody know how I correct this?

Check the save saved messages folder to see if there are any new/unread messages.

Do a battery pull with the device on. This happened to me once, it fixed it. Just like with any machine they have a brain fart once in awhile and need to be restarted.
