Ok... well I got so frustrated and I called Blackberry. He sees the phone is registered Tmobile and he says nothing else comes up and that means good news so far. He then told me to contact tmobile to see if the phone was reported lost or stolen (granted this is a new phone). Anyways he transferred me to tmobile and I spoke to a representative and she told me that the pin i gave her has no record of such. I called again just to make sure, spoke to someone different and they told me that the don't blacklist phones
. And that I should check my service provider.
